Existing clients may utilize the tools below to manage and access a few of the back-office features of their account. Most of the options below require at minimum a Username and Password. If you have forgotten this information, please feel free to email us at extranet@contactdesigns.com.
You can utilize our Web Mail system from anywhere you have an Internet connection. You can access your email, send messages, create an online address book, etc. from this interface. The login information required is your email address and email password. Once you have logged in, the tools are very similar to other online email systems such as MSN or Hotmail.
You can utilize the Email Administration program to manage all of the email associated with your domain(s). You can setup new POP accounts, forwarding, aliases and setup your "Catch-All" account. You can also create mailing lists, set vacation messages, etc. For instructions on using this system, please download and review the "Email System Instructions" at the bottom of our Hosting page.
